Rugged Mobility has roots in the exploration and mining industry and has a combined rugged technology industry experience of over 50 years. The Director of Rugged Mobility is also the creator and owner of Blank-it,the global leader of in-vehicle screen blanking. 

At Rugged Mobility (PTY) Ltd, we strive to deliver your purchases in the most efficient and timely manner possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle shipping, delivery times, costs, and other important information.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. If your location is not listed, please contact our customer service team at sales@ruggedmobility.com.au to inquire about shipping options.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in processing your order.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-5 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivery by the next business day (available for select locations)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
